Triolada cake consists of layers and filling made of creamy white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate cream. This cake is made of three kinds of chocolate and that is where the name comes from. It is decorated with dark chocolate topping and with small pieces of chocolate. This chocolate topping keeps its glow even at the temperature of -18°C.
